I wanted to send you a little exclusive project, so here is a cute one I made with the new Christmas Collectibles set. Enjoy! 
Creative Tips –
- To make your tree, free hand two triangles with your paper snips and give a slight curl to the point.
- Emboss and punch your ornaments out. Figure out where you want them to hang for positioning first, then pierce a hole where you want your top ornament to go through to hang.
- Pop the tree, ornaments (double pop ups if showing out of tree) and card front up to give the card a little depth.
- I added a few banners to the excess white space for a little frill and fun.
- The Merry was cut out using the new Expressions Thinlits Dies and glued on using the 2-way glue.
- When using the Expressions Thinlits – be sure to use a piece of wax paper in-between your card stock and the die – it helps to ease it out! If it’s stuck, gently poke through the holes in the back with a paper piercer or toothpick.
This project actually goes pretty quickly. It’s fun and a little different since you are free-styling it a bit!
